Located at the top of the mountain, it has great devotion. Over the centuries it was visited by Franciscan monks or sailors from Povoa de Varzim.

Built in a neo-Gothic style in 1914, it replaced the old 17th century chapel. In front of the façade stands an artistic 18th century transept.
