Another traditional street where seafaring families converted their fishing warehouses into taverns and later into restaurants. This is another of the seafaring facade of colorful, narrow, multi-story seafaring houses. About 20 years ago the lower road was built, gaining ground inside the port. Therefore, Porto Street was transformed into a pedestrian street where residents walk comfortably and restaurants offer their dishes at the terraces.
South dock and fish market
A Guarda still preserves inshore fishing and on the southern dock or pier you can find the fish market, the boats and the sailors in their daily lives.
