At the beginning of the 90s, this dock was built to stop the roughness of the sea that hits from the north. Before, with storms, the sea reached the streets and entered the sailors' houses. It forms a giant canvas and in the last decades it has had different designs. In 2018, the current painting was made and it shows the part of the universe of A Guarda as if it were a constellation with stars and seafaring marks on a dark blue background like "night" where representations such as Mount Santa Trega, seafaring culture, lobster, ... are featured.
